This happen when your Front page and Posts page are set to the same page in setting >> Reading Settings
Make sure your using static pages in Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading.
If you don’t plan on posting these setting are perfect for your website.
Set the Frontpage to Home or your desired homepage. And don’t touch the Posts Page.
